COMMERCE / RISK MONITORING
SafeASIN
Know sooner. Respond with context.
A vertical monitoring tool for Amazon sellers in the baby-products category. It compares a seller’s ASIN watchlist with relevant US food-safety and product-recall sources, then helps the seller act on a possible match.

THE IDEA
Catch a risk before it becomes a listing problem.
SafeASIN brings scheduled recall monitoring, proactive email alerts and AI-assisted appeal drafting into one focused workflow for baby-product sellers.
A safety or recall notice may appear outside Seller Central and may describe a product by brand, model or keywords instead of an exact ASIN. SafeASIN was designed to scan relevant US public sources regularly and compare those records with the catalogue a seller actually manages.
- Scheduled source monitoring
- ASIN and keyword matching
- Proactive email alerts
- AI-assisted appeal drafting

Review a possible match
Look beyond the product name.
Compare the model, identifying details and source notice before deciding whether a record is relevant.

THE QUESTION
How can an Amazon seller hear about a relevant product risk early enough to respond carefully?
THE APPROACH
The product starts with an uploaded ASIN list. Scheduled scans compare product identifiers and keywords with safety and recall records. A possible match keeps the original source and matching context attached, so the seller can review it before taking action.
When a relevant signal appears, SafeASIN sends an email warning rather than waiting for the seller to discover the issue manually. If a listing is later removed, the seller can provide the case details and use AI to prepare a tailored appeal email for review and editing.
A DESIGN CHOICE
Treat every match as a reason to review, with the product and source context kept together.
Select one of three illustrative product records to inspect how a possible match could be presented. The records are fictional examples. This browser demo performs no live scan, sends no email and makes no safety or compliance determination.
