Dustin Studios is the independent brand I use as a China-based individual designer and developer, not a roofing contractor or a United States business entity. I provide custom website services to overseas clients, including independent businesses in the United States. The contracting individual and applicable billing details are identified in the written project agreement and invoice before payment.

We start with your business, service area and website requirements. Before work begins, we agree in writing on the scope, project fee, currency, payment stages, delivery schedule and included revisions. Work starts according to that agreement, followed by design and development, your review, and the agreed handover.

Delivery is online, not by physical shipment. Depending on the agreed scope, the handover includes website files and source code, deployment access and handover instructions. The domain stays in an account you control; editing tools and ongoing support are included only where specified in your quote.

Payment can be arranged through Upwork or a PayPal invoice, subject to availability and confirmation before payment. Projects sourced through Upwork are contracted and paid through Upwork in accordance with its rules. PayPal invoicing is for independently sourced projects where permitted, not a way to move Upwork payments off-platform. This website does not collect card details or take checkout payments.

For cancellation or refund requests, contact me by email, or through the contract for Upwork projects. The published policy explains how unstarted work, completed work, undelivered portions, approved third-party costs and refund timing are handled. The screenshot shows the current design direction rather than a finished client website. The sample company, telephone number and project imagery are illustrative and do not represent a customer or completed engagement.
