A personal sticker generator created for iMessage and WhatsApp. A user uploads a photo of themselves or a pet, chooses from five visual styles and receives a consistent set built around 48 useful expressions.

Project visual exploration — concept artwork, not a live product screenshot.
(Overview)
A personal sticker product for turning a person or pet photo into a consistent expression pack. The working direction reached validation before a change in the available alternatives altered the reason to build it.
Started around August 2026 as a focused photo-to-sticker workflow.
ChatGPT made overlapping image capabilities available for free. That reduced the distinct paid value of this workflow, so I chose to archive it rather than keep building around the original assumption.
(Context)
Open-ended image generation can produce an appealing avatar without producing a complete, dependable sticker pack. The project defined five style directions and maintained a fixed library of 48 expressions so the output would cover real conversational needs with visual consistency.
(Question)
How can an AI-generated sticker pack feel personal and still be consistent enough for everyday conversation?
(Approach)
The workflow starts with one person or pet photo, then asks the user to choose a style instead of writing a complex prompt. The selected identity and style are carried across the fixed expression library, reducing decisions while making the finished set more useful.
(Interaction)
After generation, the pack is prepared for direct use in iMessage or WhatsApp. The current portfolio prototype previews three expressions from the larger 48-expression system; it does not upload a photo, generate artwork or install a sticker pack.
(Decision)
Stop investing when an accessible alternative removes the differentiated value of a standalone paid product.
(Demonstration)
Choose from three preset expressions of the same character to preview how a fixed sticker set stays visually related. The sample switches between pre-generated artwork; it does not upload a photo, generate a new image live or export to a messaging app.
